To complete you application and to comply with Irish Healthcare legislation each agency nurse must supply the following documents before being approved to work. Upon receipt of this application a member of our team will be in contact with you in relation to these documents.

Your completed online application must be accompanied with the following documents and certificates.

• Copy of current An Bord Altranais Registration
• 2 passport photographs
• Copy of passport / driver's license
• Copy of current CPR certificate (completed within the last 2 years)
• Copy of current Manual Handling Certificate (completed within the last 2 years)
• Evidence of Hepatitis B antibody levels
• Copy of valid working visa
• GNIB card (if applicable)

The Garda Vetting form will be sent to you upon your application being processed succesfully.
