Following are the payroll deadlines for payment during the Christmas Period

Please ensure you have your timesheet in before the deadline so we can pay you on time – Due to bank operating hours we will need to adhere strictly to our deadlines in order to get everyone paid.

Timesheets received after the deadline will be processed in the next payroll

You can fax your timesheet to 0818 365101 as usual or drop it into the office in Clanwilliam Place.

For payment on: Friday 18th December

Deadline for receipt of Timesheets: Monday 14th December 5pm

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ON FRIDAY 25TH of DECEMBER

For payment on: Friday 1st January

Deadline for receipt of Timesheets: Monday 28th December 5pm

If you are claiming payment for Public Holidays or Annual Leave please mark the amount you are requesting on your timesheet clearly

Agency Opening Hours over Christmas are as follows:

24th December: Christmas Eve - 7am-3pm

25th December: Christmas Day - Closed

26th December: St Stephens Day - Closed

27th December: 7am-9.30pm

The office is closed to walk-in's from Thursday 24th December 2009 at 3pm until Monday 5th January 2010

The payroll office & Clinic will be closed on:

Thursday 24th December, Friday 25th December, Monday 28th December and Friday 1st January 2010

The Payroll Clinic will be open as normal on all other days except for the following:

Wednesday 23rd Dec Open: 9am – 3pm

Thursday 31st Dec Open: 9am – 3pm
